Guild Charter

            Membership:

The guild requires that any person(s) that is not a part of family or friend be level 50 plus (+) in order to join.  However, if the individual is a friend or family, there is no requirement.

            Raiding:

Raid is never specified on any certain date, however, raids will most likely be announced 1 (one) or more weeks in advance.  Every Saturday is the only every week raid.  Any weekday is always going to be spontaneous, due to the fact that a raid mob is never going to be spawned at any certain time/date.  Also, Syndication does not require players to raid with the guild.  We do, however, suggest that they do.  The only way that we, as a guild, will advance n our raiding ability is if we get many participants.  The more one raids with the guild, the more loot that player receives.

            Raid Points:

For every raid that players attend, the more Raid Points they will receive.  The amount of points given will be decided at the end of a raid, depending on the difficulty of that particular raid.  The use of Raid Points can be used towards bidding on loot rights on an item.  When an item drops that you wish to obtain, bidding will being.  The beginning bid of an item will be determined as items drop.  If the bidding becomes out of hand, or too many people want to bid for the item, the player to get the item will be chosen via /roll command.  Once you receive an item from bidding, those points that were used will be deducted from your total Raid Points.

            Guild Bank:

The Guild Bank is used for the selling of items/spells/etc. for guild profit.  It also stores the money that has been DONATED and obtained by guild members and the selling of items.  Syndication uses money and items in the bank to further its members, in return the members help further the guild.  Example:  Buy Koadic’s Endless Intelect for a guild Enchanter.  In order for a player to receive money/items, it must be voted upon by the guild.  However, the end decision will be made by the guild officers, and then the Leaders (Malkum and Worbane).

            In the end:

In the end, the guild objective is mainly to have fun, and to gather as much items as we can for our members.  We want our members to have good fun while with us, and to keep great thoughts about us when they leave.  This guild is home to many, and will continue to be such until a player chooses otherwise.  Have fun!!
